Returns & Exchanges

Should an occasion arise when you need to exchange an item for a different size or  you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and need a refund, please follow these guidelines.  If you have other purchase or order related questions, please feel free to contact us, and we will aim to satisfy your concerns and make you happy. 
Return/Exchange Policies
U.S. returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn, undamaged products and must be received by us within 15 days of shipping (15 days from the shipping notification email you receive) of your original purchase.
No International returns or exchanges are available.
Refunds can only be issued in either the original form of payment used or for store credit.  A refund cannot be transferred to any other additional payment method. 
We will process received returns within 7 business days. 
Shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges can only be made for alternate color, size, or pattern of the SAME ITEM.
Returns received after 15 days of shipping will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY AS WELL AS possibly subject to a 50% restocking fee.
The Following Items Are Non-Refundable
  • Item received in any worn or damaged condition
  • Free Kinny & Howie Gifts
  • Garments received with removed tags or shoes with missing or damaged shoe box
  • Any undergarments, pantyhose, socks, or miscellaneous items labeled as FINAL SALE
To Make Your Return or Exchange
When returning an item, please complete the return form you received with your purchase and mail in an appropriate shipping container or the original protective packaging to the address below. We recommend purchasing insurance from your carrier as we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

Out Of Stock
We will ship your product as it becomes available.  Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM.  If your order is received after this time, or for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, your shipping will be the next business day.  However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
